The ice cream is good, but I think it is extremely pricey for what you get and just not a great value.

Service was horrible. Ordered a medium ice cream with a topping. Half the cup was fudge!! I couldn't even enjoy it since there was barely any ice cream. My son's small cup and myself cost $11. So overpriced.

If you like cold soup with BAD service. This is the place for you. I paid 5.99 for a small cup of ice cream that was given to me in a melted soup like condition with a splash of hot fudge. What a rip off!! I will never EVER go back to that location.

Can you give 0 stars? The management and service at this location is horrendous!! Service is wicked slow, and I mean slow. If you're looking to get something order quickly and efficiently, NOT HERE!! As for the management! They screw up and make you feel like their doing you a favor! Used a "group-on" or "half-off depot" coupon to buy some ice cream here. There were NO restrictions on the coupon itself, NONE. When the coupon is presented the manager takes it to the back to input into the computer or something and does not do it with any efficiency (SLOW)!!! Then I am informed that the "coupon is NOT good for bulk purchases of ice cream" such as pints or quarts, BUT, he will cut me a break and honor my order. Oh geeez, thanks!! The store itself does not place the proper restrictions on the coupon and then goes ahead to tell people the coupon is not good for bulk purchases because they lose money! Honestly!! Seriously, go to another Bruster's or a whole other chain all together! Avoid this like the plague!

Unacceptably slow and bad service! Workers just seem to not know how to do their job, and the owner is just plane rude.This location doesn't have the same good specials as others do, so their ice-cream is just too over priced. Rather go somewhere else.

I brought my daughter to get ice cream here with a gift card she was given for being a great student. When we presented the card, the manager was so rude and disgusting, stating that he will not accept this, that we turned around and never looked back. I always find it interesting how $1 in product is worth losing business. But I reflected after we left and I remember going to this same location prior to this trip and the service was TERRIBLE. Go anywhere else but here. Adios Dude
